Return & Exchange Policy

At Zairah Studio, we take great care in designing and packaging your products with love.
However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

✨ Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept exchanges or returns only if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed and unworn

  • The product has no perfume, stains or marks

  • All tags and original packaging are intact

  • A request is raised within 3 days of delivery

If the item shows signs of use or damage, it will not qualify for return/exchange.

🚚 Exchange Policy

We offer exchange for:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged item received (with unboxing video proof)

  • Size or print/color exchange (subject to availability)

If the requested item is unavailable, you’ll receive store credit.

💰 Returns & Store Credit

We currently do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
Approved returns will be issued as Store Credit with a 90-day validity.

Store credit can be used on any future purchase without restrictions.

📦 Return Shipping

  • If the product is being returned due to damage or incorrect order, we will arrange pickup free of charge.

  • For size/selection-based exchanges or change of mind, the return shipping cost will be the buyer’s responsibility.

📹 Mandatory Unboxing Video

For wrong, defective or damaged item claims — a clear unboxing video is required.
The video must include:

  • Package opening from sealed state

  • Full product view

  • Visible damage/issue

Without this, we cannot approve replacements.

⏳ Processing Timeline

  • Once the product reaches us, our team will inspect it.

  • Approval update will be shared within 2–4 business days

  • Exchange dispatch or store credit will be issued within 3–7 business days after approval.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Free gifts

  • Custom orders

  • Accessories like scrunchies, hijab caps, underscarves, brooches, or add-ons
